Austin Wallis
Founder & Principal Consultant
Marine Corps Service & Operational Experience
Austin Wallis began his career in the United States Marine Corps as a Radio Operator supporting tactical communications and C4ISR integration in operational environments. His service focused on configuring, operating, and supporting tactical radio systems to ensure reliable communications and interoperability across units. Working directly with operators and technical specialists, Austin gained firsthand experience integrating radios, networks, and C4ISR systems to support mission execution under real-world conditions.
Defense Contracting
Following his military service, Austin continued supporting defense communications programs as a contractor, working across Marine Corps and Navy communications efforts. His experience includes Software Defined Radio (SDR) and C4ISR integration support, software integration testing, and technical support for mission-critical systems. He has supported system testing, validation, training, and sustainment activities, collaborating with engineering teams, program stakeholders, and end users to ensure systems are interoperable, reliable, and ready for operational use.
Program Management & Strategic Leadership Development
In addition to his technical background, Austin has led and supported program and project management efforts across defense and government environments. His work includes coordinating multi-team delivery, supporting governance and reporting, and aligning technical execution with program objectives. To further strengthen his ability to lead complex organizations and long-term initiatives, Austin is pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in Strategic Management, focused on organizational strategy, change leadership, and enterprise decision-making in technology-driven environments.
